... started his musical career whilst still at school at the tender age of 14 playing in the disco's and working men’s club around the east of London. By the time he was 17 Jeff turned semi-pro working with Blues Rock Bands such as Sam Apple Pie/Salt and Bernie Marsden's (ex-Whitesnake) 147's. Whilst working with Bernie Jeff provided backing vocals on various sessions one of which was for Ian Gillan from Deep Purple. In 1981 Jeff moved on the N.W.O.B.H.M. scene with bands such as Wildfire and Statetrooper (the latter featuring former Michael Schenker vocalist Gary Barden).
In late 1987 Jeff joined Glam Rock Legends ASSWEET first as Bass player and backing vocalist and eventually moving on to Bass and Lead Vocals.  The band toured the world extensively gigging and appearing on TV and Radio in just every major city you can think of. In his 16 years with the band they recorded several new studio albums, Videos, DVDs, live and greatest hits CDs. In 2003 he left the band briefly joining up with BC Sweet (Brian Connolly’s former band). In 2005 Jeff collaborated with some great friends in Germany and formed THE ROCK CLASSIC ALLSTARS with features musicians from all over Europe the likes of which include original members and musicians from ARGENT, SLADE, SWEET, GLITTER BAND, WARLOCK, U.D.O., JOHN MILES, THE BEE GEES BAND, THE TREMELOES, SMOKIE and URIAH HEEP plus many more. 2005 was a great year for Jeff as he also joined up with 60s super group THE TREMELOES as Bass player and Lead vocalist. The TREM'S have a new live CD ready for release in 2008 of their anniversary tour with special guests Brian Poole and Chip Hawkes. Jeff is now busier than ever and 2008 looks set to be a great year as he has also hooked up with old friends  Gary Moberley, Steve Whalley, Pete Spencer and Gary Nutall  to perform THE ORIGINAL JUKE BOX HEROES a band watch out for!
